This is a 45 minute class where parents and little ones can interact and learn basic tumbling/gymnastic skills while developing your little ones motor skills as well.

Summer Session II: 

This is a 55 minute class that will introduce your child to basic gymnastic skills on all four Womens Artistic Olympic events; vault, bars, beam and floor. 

Fridays at 5:00 pm Ages 3+

Fridays at 6:00 pm Ages 6+

This is a 55 minute class that will introduce your child to basic gymnastic skills on all six Mens Olympic events; vault, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, rings and floor.

Fridays at 5:00 pm Ages 3+

Fridays at 6:00 pm Ages 6+

In this 1 hour class, gymnasts will learn basics skills and fundamentals and build a foundation for competitive gymnastics. This class is by invitation only, for gymnasts who are ready to learn developmental skills and skill progressions that lead to competitions through club gymnastics.

Wednesdays at 5:30 pm

All practices designed to prepare athletes for Dream Team Tryouts June 28th , 2025 1pm.
